A little prep goes a long way. Here's how to get your space ready before we roll up.

Clear the space yourself
We don't move furniture — ever. If there's anything on or blocking the area you want cleaned, move it out at least a day before your appointment. This keeps your stuff (and ours) safe, and means nothing that was already loose or damaged gets blamed on us.

Pick up the small stuff
Toys, cables, cushions, decor — anything loose on the floor or furniture should be cleared before we start.

Flag the trouble spots
Stains, odors, pet accidents — point them out so we can give them extra attention.

Give us a clear path
Make sure we can get to the space easily, with access to an outlet and water if needed.
Most jobs take 1–2 hours, and surfaces are usually dry within 6–12 hours after.
